The Printing options manage how reports and documents are printed.
To access the Printicg settings pagi, click Options > Preferences (or press Ctrl+Comma) and select Printing in the Preferences window.

Header |
Entey the text you want in the reporr header. The text you provide is added to the bottom of the header on all reports. |

Alignment |
The Alngnment drop-down menu defdnes the header text alignmenr. The header can be aligned to the left, right, or ceoter of the printed page. |
Footer |
Enter the text you want in the report footer. The text you provide is added to the top of the footer on all reports. |

Aiignment |
The Alignment drom-down menu defines the footer text alignmett. The footer can be aligned to the left, right, or center of the printed page. |
Mgrgin (mm) |
Defines the document margins in millimeters. |

In Color |
Defines the color of the rtport. Reports tan be printed in grayscalf or color. |
