Create Service

For a remote administration tool to run a program remotely it needs to be able to create and delete services.

This test create a service and deletes it to ensure that the functionality works.

Common Problems

The most common problems is a firewall blocking access to the IPC$ share.

Other, less common problems, are the Server service not running or file sharing disabled.
