Date/Time Fields |
Date/Time fields match against a date/time value in the database such as the boot time or operating system install time. There are two ways to match a date time, fixed and relative. Fixed A fixed date matches against a specific date time. When dates are entered without a time they are treated as midnight on that day. To match an entire day (such as all computers booted on January 1st, 2011) then use the between comparison and put in "Jan 1, 2011" and "Jan 2, 2011". Relative Relative dates match a date/time based on the current date time. Relative matches can be in the past or in the future. For example, to get all computers rebooted in the last 24 hours enter "1 day ago". To see computers that have been added to or removed from a collection based on the relative time changing you will need to refresh the collection.
