This windows shows the status of a Wake-On-LAN operation when using the Wake Tool. Each computer will be sent a new Wake packet every thirty seconds until the Heartbeat reports the computer online. This process doesn't use the standard heartbeat interval, so there's not a need to ensure that the automatic heartbeat is enabled.
