Running a tool can be accomplished in the following ways:

•Select a single computer or multiple computers (Ctrl+click or Shift+click) from the main computer window, right-click, choose Tools from the context list, and select the tool you would like to use.

•Select a single computer or multiple computers (Ctrl+click or Shift+click) from the main computer window, click on the Tools menu item or Tools toolbar item and select the tool you would like to use.

•Right-click a collection, choose Tools from the context list, and select the tool you would like to use.

•Select multiple collections (Ctrl+click or Shift+click), right click a selected collection, choose Tools from the context list, and select the tool you would like to use.

•Select one collection or multiple collections (Ctrl+click or Shift+click), choose Tools from the menu item or the Tools toolbar item, and select the tool you would like to use.

NOTE: Tools that are not available to be run on multiple computers (including CustomTools) will be grayed out and unavailable for use when more than one computer is selected. This is by design.
