Create Active Directory CollectionsPDQ Inventory can create collections mirroring the structure of Active Directory when computers are scanned or created through Active Directory Sync. This setting is on by default, but can be turned off if the containers are not relevant to your organization. If this setting is disabled after some collections have been created they will be deleted as the computers get scanned. Active Directory SyncPro Mode is required to use Active Directory Sync PDQ Inventory can automatically synchronize with Active Directory by adding new computers as they are added in AD. The synchronization can be set up with any number of individual containers or groups and be set for a particular period of time. PDQ Inventory never makes changes to Active Directory. Pro Mode is required to sync with Active Directory. Sync EnabledCheck to enable Active Directory sync. Sync EverySets how often to automatically sync with Active Directory and whether the synchronization is currently enabled. Delete ModeThe method used to delete computers from PDQ Inventory when they are removed from Active Directory. Note PDQ Inventory never deletes computers from Active Directory.
Note PDQ Inventory only takes into consideration the computers that are in the selected containers. When a computer is moved to a container that is not being included it will be treated as though it was deleted from Active Directory and may be deleted, depending on the Delete Mode setting.
