Pro and Enterprise Modes

PDQ Inventory operates in one of three modes.

Free Mode

This mode allows for unlimited use of a subset of the applications features.  It can be used for free in commercial and non-commercial environments.  There is no time limit nor is there a limit to the number of computers that can be managed.  At any time a license key can be entered to enable Pro Mode.

Upgrade Protection

Each Pro or Enterprise mode license is a perpetual license but is only valid for versions of PDQ Inventory released within the license's upgrade protection period. Licenses come with an initial upgrade protection window, meaning that they are valid for versions of  PDQ Inventory  released within that time period following the purchase of the license. Access to certain features (such as the Collection Library) require that licenses and versions stay current.

Per Administrator Licensing

PDQ Inventory is licensed per administrator.  A Pro or Enterprise key may be attached to multiple licenses. Click here for an explanation of PDQ Licensing
