Use this page to define how the data is displayed on all Collection pages. These settings affect how all collection results are displayed.
To access the Collection Page settings, click File > Preferences (or press Ctrl+Comma) and select Collection Page in the Preferences window.

Description |

Column |
The official name of the column. The name cannot be edited. To change which column is visible, click in the cell and use the drop-down arrow to choose from the list of column items not currently displayed. |

Title |
Column header to be displayed on all Collection pages. This text can be edited by clicking in the cell, highlighting the existing text, and typing a new title. |

Fixed |
If selected, this will anchor the selected column(s) to the left margin on all Collection pages. All selected columns will remain visible at all times while scrolling horizontally through multiple columns on the Collection page. |

If selected, the data in this column will be included when printed. |

Add Column |
Using this button opens the Add Column window that allows you to add columns that will be visible on all Collection pages. Multiple columns can be selected using Ctrl+click or Shift+click. You can also filter based on any part of the name of the column. Once added, new columns will be appear directly below the currently selected column. |
Up and Down Arrows |
Use these buttons to change the order of the columns as they will be displayed on all Collection pages and when printing. |

Delete |
Use this button to remove visible columns from all Collection pages. |
