The page of the Computer window that shows services information from the Services scanner, which is included in the prebuilt scan profile; Standard. Services on the computer can be started, stopped, paused, or restarted from this page (see Actions).
To show, hide, and move columns, click the Customize this grid button 
(upper left corner) or right-click the column header and select Edit Columns.

Title |
The display name of the service. |
Name |
The name of the service as typically used on the command line. |
State |
The state of the service at the time of the last scan. NOTE: If possible, PDQ Inventory will attempt to connect to the computer to update this to the current status for installed services. For this update to occur, the service(s) must have been previously scanned and the Services page must be open. |
Start Mode |
The startup type of the service; disabled, manual, or automatic, etc. |
Description |
A description of what the service does as provided by the vendor. |
Account |
The Logon As account used by the service. |
Executable Path |
The command line used to start the service (hidden by default). |
Actions
Services can be started, stopped, paused, or restarted from this page. To perform one of these actions, select the service from the list and click the appropriate button 
.
IMPORTANT: Interrupting services can cause unexpected results. Please proceed with caution.
