Sets the database to be downloaded from a PDQ Inventory Rollup server. Contact your Rollup server administrator for the correct settings.
Computers and Inventory
When downloading computers and inventory from a Rollup server all existing data will be deleted. If a computer is in the Rollup database more than once because it was scanned by more than one computer then the most recent scan data will be downloaded, preventing any duplicate computers from being in the local database.
Background Service
The download happens from the Background Service so its user account must have sufficient rights to connect to the database server (see below). This allows the database to be copied without the console running. As long as the PDQInventory service is running a scheduled download will occur in the background.

The database server to connect to for rollup data. The connection can use the credentials of the Background Service or a SQL Server name and password.

Consoles
|
The host names of the consoles to download. The console names can use wildcards to easily get a subset. For example:
* (the default) will get all consoles' inventory.
*.south.adminarsenal.local will get all consoles in the south.adminarsenal.local domain and skip all others.
WSW* will get all consoles which start with WSW.

Schedule
|
How often to download the database. The options are Manually (the default), Daily, and Weekly.
|
Time
|
What time of day to do the automatic download if Schedule is set to Daily or Weekly.
|
Day
|
Which day of the week to downlod when using the Weekly Schedule.
|
Last Download
|
The date & time of the last successful download.
|
Download Now
|
Download a database now, bypassing any schedule. The schedule will still run later in the day or week, if configured.
