Upload Mode

Sets the database to be uploaded to a PDQ Inventory Rollup server. Contact your Rollup server administrator for the correct settings.

Note: These settings may have been pushed down by the Rollup server administrator, only change them as directed.

Background Service

The upload happens from the Background Service so its user account must have sufficient rights to copy the database to the File Share (see below). This allows the database to be copied without the console running. As long as the PDQInventory service is running a scheduled upload will occur in the background.

Settings

Setting	Description
File Share	The file share where to upload the database. Must be a UNC path (e.g. \\FileServer\Rollup\Consoles)
Schedule	How often to upload the database. The options are Manually, Daily (the default), and Weekly.
Time	What time of day to do the automatic upload if Schedule is set to Daily or Weekly.
Day	Which day of the week to upload when using the Weekly Schedule.
Last Upload	The date & time of the last successful upload.
Upload Now	Upload a database now, bypassing any schedule. The schedule will still run later in the day or week, if configured.
