•File and Printer sharing enabled

•Firewall exceptions:
Allow inbound file and printer sharing exception
Allow ICMP exceptions (Allow inbound echo request)

If using Group Policy firewall enable exceptions under Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Network\Network Connections\Windows Firewall\Domain Profile.
